Quick relief from acidity?

In case of severe acidity take 4-5 tablets of Digene and chew it thoroughly and let it mix with the saliva and then gulp it with half a glass of water. Keep your body upright and then try burping or belching. Contraindication of Digene is constipation. To safegaurd this, the doctors prescribe Omeprazole (commercial name – Ocid), 20 mg in the morning on empty stomach for 5 to 7 days. This should help tackle your acidity. Along with this follow the dietary instructions given by your doctor.

The alternative medicine regarding it would be having a banana in breakfast with milk. Try having a glass of cold milk too. Take a 15-minute stroll before breakfast and dinner. Avoid late nights. Have two glasses of water every morning in an empty stomach.

Pudin Hara and gelusil syrup can also be tried to get rid of the problem.

How do I upload a song for free and get a url for it? Any websites?

In order to upload a song, first you have to sign up and enter your information. Next click on ‘add an artist’ button. Fill in the required information for the artist. Next return to the administration menu and you will find the artist enlisted with controls for the same. Go to ‘Album Manager’ and click on ‘Singles’. You can create an album here or just use the singles folder. Next click on ‘Add/Edit songs’. Now you can click on the ‘Upload song’ and enter the file name to be uploaded. Next enter the song information and the song will appear on your site under ‘Singles/Discography.

What is Miscue Analysis?

You can get a thorough explanation of Miscue Analysis in Wikipedia, which is a free encyclopedia on the web. Miscue Analysis is a diagnostic tool that is used by teachers and others to gain insight to the reading process, i.e. oral reading.

Miscue Analysis is a data collection tool used by teachers in reading where a student reads a passage and is often timed. Errors while reading are considered “miscues” and a percentage is figured based on the miscues and words in the passage. This is most often done with DRA’s and Running Records to evaluate a student’s reading level. After all of the miscues or errors are recorded the teacher looks at them to find out what types of errors are being made. This is the actual miscue analysis (analyzing the errors).

How exactly do you play cricket?

Cricket is one of the major world sports. It has its own format and rules. Basically, you have two teams each with eleven players. Normally, each team has one attempt at batting, which are called ‘innings’. The main job of a batting team is to score as many “runs” as possible in limited number of overs. Their opponents, known as the fielding team, try to to restrict the scoring of runs by getting the batting team “out” as quickly as possible by taking ‘wickets’. Once the batting team lose 10 wickets, their innings finishes and the teams switch round.

The winner is the team which scores more runs in specified number of overs.

What is bcc and cc on e-mail for?

Bcc and cc on e-mail are abbreviations for blind carbon copy and carbon copy respectively. Most e-mail clients include two fields labeled cc and bcc.

Blind carbon copy is a copy of an e-mail message sent to a recipient without the recipient’s address appearing in the message. You can include other people in the stealth mode.

When you enter addresses in the cc field, the message is copied to those addresses and the cc addresses appear at the top of the e-mail message. When you enter addresses in the bcc field, however, the addresses do not appear in the message. This is useful if you want to copy a message to many people without each of them seeing who the other recipients are.

Freckles help?

Freckles are mostly found on the face, although they may appear on any skin exposed to the sun. Freckles are usually common on children before puberty. Adults are not so much affected by them. You can try an AHA cream as it would exfoliate the surface layers of the skin, lightening freckles and pigmentations. Alpha Hydrox AHA Souffle is also recommended. As with any kind of exfoliant, make sure to wear a good photostable sunscreen with UVA protection of at least 15 SPF.

Regular use of a good broad-spectrum sunscreen will help limit the occurrence of new freckles and prevent current ones from darkening too much. As has been previously mentioned, and exfoliant would be good at helping lighten existing freckles.

There are commercial lighteners in the market, but they are not recommended. If you feel the need to use a skin lightener on your freckles, try to avoid those containing hydroquinone, as it has been associated with skin damage when used regularly and is listed as a carcinogen (can increase the risk of cancer) by the FDA.
