Can someone leave a car when moving from a rented house?
illegal…..
i was just talking to my dad last night (he owns some apts) and people leave stuff behind allot. for my dad it was some busted bikes. it is going to be up to the property owner to get ride of it. I’m guessing if the people moved out with out warning, they don’t want to be tracked down.

If its on the street call the city and have them tow it. If its in the driveway call the landlord and they can get it towed. Its not illegal (what would the crime be - littering) and its even worth something (for scrap value if nothing else) but its up to the city/ owner to get it towed.
