Leasing or Buying a Copier
Many people need copiers for their businesses. However, they run into the problem of whether they should buy one or lease one. There are of course benefits to buying a copier. These include the fact that the copier is yours and you can do with it as you choose. Plus, if you choose to sell it and upgrade you can do so. When you lease a copier, however, you have all the benefits of a top of the line copier and the company is in charge of all the maintenance. So, when you need MICR toner the company will come fill it up. If you need to change the MICR fonts, then the company you leased the copier from will do that as well. You do not have to do anything more than pay the monthly lease fee and enjoy the services provided by your copier. It is up to you which one you choose, but you should consider what is most important to you. Would you rather pay a monthly fee and know the copier will always be in great condition and working properly? Or, would you rather buy it and be responsible for all the maintenance and repairs should something go wrong? Consider what is most important to you and what works for your company.
